Very good place to live. Centrally located in honolulu and everything is near by. You are able to walk most places in 5-10 min. Very secure building and they do have security at night. Maintenance and cleaning people are very nice and do a very good job. Only problem may be parking. There is a waiting list for parking if you live in the building but the location is so good that you can walk anywhere ( less of a carbon foot print ) and there are bus stops going in every direction....read full review
There are laundry rooms and waste channels on each floor. Living here is very convenient. There are six supermarkets within walking distance, and there are restaurants, banks, and Ala moana shopping center around.
Old looking building, but the location is EXCELLENT... CLOSE TO EVERYTHING (Ala Moana Mall, Don Quijote, Beach, Walmart, Ross, Target, Banks, Bus Line, so many restaurants, Nail Salons, etc... DON'T EVEN NEED A CAR.
