I’ve been a loyal customer for years, regularly ordering takeout from this location, but after today, I won’t be coming back—nor to any other Panda Express. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff claimed I hadn’t paid for a bag, even though the app doesn’t even provide that option. Instead of handling the situation politely, they were extremely rude and dismissive. If you expect customers to pay for a bag, at least make it an option in the app. Terrible customer service and a complete disappointment.

Tried to call but no one answered. Got fried rice the other day that was not cooked, very hard, and couldn’t improve by adding water and steaming. Absolutely not edible.

Maybe a good idea to update your open hours. Wasted time gas only to arrive at 930 pm to a closed restaurant
Terrible online ordering experience. Ordered at 6:05. Scheduled pickup for 6:40. Arrived at 6:35. Didn’t even start the order at 6:55. Customers who walked in at 6:35 behind us got their order & left. Took them another 7 minutes to figure out how to cancel & refund. There were another 7 people behind us waiting for their online order too. Won’t ever come here on a Friday or Saturday night again.

To be honest, I can say that the Panda Express here is the best in Hawaii.
I even directly thanked the Asian male chef for the taste.
Even though it's Panda Express, it tastes like you're in a Chinese restaurant.
(Panda Express is also a Chinese dish...)
The Asian male chef seemed to be confident in his own skills, which was just right.
There were days when he wasn't around, and the taste was a little disappointing.
I will definitely try to eat there any day this chef is there. I'm definitely a fan lol.
Also, the other staff members are very nice and I am very grateful. The young staff members seem to have not yet experienced the turbulence of life. lol.
Even the middle-aged and older staff members are not dissatisfied.
I feel really good as a customer.
Yeah, I've never met a mean clerk here. I'm not dissatisfied either. It's not even a friendly smile. Definitely not arrogant. It's customer service that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable.
good! That's good!
I think the hospitality industry in Hawaii is of a low standard, but it's different here.
The tourist didn't ask me to wipe the table, nor did he make a disgusted face. (It's scary because most of the employees at restaurants in Hawaii have blank eyes and are in a bad mood.)
I think this is a very comfortable store.
What's even better is that
It's not that crowded here.
Was it a coincidence that the timing was right?
The inside of the shop is large and there are many tables.
It's cheap and delicious!
Speaking of pandas, this is definitely the place! That's what I say.
Panda whose taste changes depending on the chef.
I think this is a higher-class Panda Express that doesn't make you think it's a Panda Express.
Did I say too much?
No, no.
But it's Panda Express.

Place is clean. Staff is efficient and polite for a Chinese place. Lol. Not the best but good enough for a quick fix. My daughter loves the flavor of the chow fun.

The food is always fresh, hot and they have a great selection. Sadly they only get 3 stars today because I just found out they discontinued the Hot and Sour soup!!! Oh the humanity of it all! I don't think I can ever go back now. It was the most delicious, tasteful, harmony of tofu, mushrooms, egg drop, and other ingredients combined to make it amazing! It's gone forever! My life will never be the same.

I enjoy visiting Panda express and was in the mood for a big meal after a busy morning, but I have to be honest with this review: the food during my visit was very disappointing.I ordered the Plate meal which comes with 1 side - I chose the chow mein, and 2 entrees - I chose orange chicken and a honey chicken dish (I can't remember the exact name). All of the food that I had really lacked flavour and was very bland, which was not what I was expecting. Perhaps the food had been sitting out for some time but the sauce over the chicken dishes just had no flavour at all, not even the honey chicken which I would have thought would have some sweet flavour. Same for the chow mein, it needed more soy sauce or something to give it some flavour. To give credit where it is due, the staff were very friendly and I noticed that they were proactive at cleaning the restaurant so an extra star for that.I'd love to re-review and hopefully get them on a good day or when the food is fresh.
Parking: There is a parking lot available.

One of the best pandas
I had a bit of trouble ordering, but it was delicious. Our family’s picks are orange chicken, walnut shrimp, and broccoli beef!
Great location ?. Take the food to go and go outside by the pier (only 20 ft away) and eat there. Sometimes they have performances right outside , if you are lucky!
