The Pho broth has a sweet taste to it. The Thai tea is as good as it gets. The prices are typical of Vietnamese food. Plenty of parking and never a wait. Not a bad place, but I must say I miss old Le Bistro.....
Pho Time Niu Valley has a wide selection of food items. Your typical Vietnamese Food plus unique and tasty items like the VFC (Vietnamese Fried Chicken), which comes with a small bowl of pho both and rice. There were so many tasty choices that I just went with the classics: Bun Rieu, combination sandwich, and a VFC. Excellent Roast Pork Bahn Mi, the bread was crunchy, warm and delicious. I enjoyed the shrimp summer rolls with a delightful peanut sauce, the beef Pho is yummy,too. All ordered take out which was fast and easy with online ordering.
