Overall experience was great. I brought my boss, who was visiting from the mainland, for pau hana. There were two beverage tasting menu specials, one still from Valentine's, and one for the Chinese New Year, along with their regular cocktail/beer/wine/etc menu. We both made selections from the Chinese New Year menu. She chose the item that was accompanied with a horse lanyard, and my beverage came with an envelope to choose from with a gift inside, which was a nice surprise. They were sponsored by Remy Martin, so I won a black Remy Martin bucket hat. It would have been nice, as my boss wanted to take the horse home with her, but they said no, that they reused them. I'm not sure that's sanitary, or how they clean these, as they have tassels, and drag across the table throughout the meal and are long enough to be in someone's lap, played with, etc. The drinks were delicious. Podmore is known to have unique cocktails, and you must try, and maybe even go out of your comfort zone. One of the beverages I have tried has a "taco" aspect and it's amazing. We ordered pupus, all by recommendation and the three items our server shared were top notch. She hit it out of the park, for sure. We sat in the nook, which I recommend over the bar, if it's open. I think it typically fills up quickly. I only say this because of the way the seating allows for "corner" versus sitting right next to each other. It's nice. The bar is great too. The whole space is great. It's a must visit!

After highly anticipating this res, what a total disappointment. Bar seats with a bartender more interested in slicing cucumbers and fruit, overpriced, overhyped cocktail with tiny glass filled to an inch below the rim. Shepards Pie that was an inch thick and disgusting, brussel sprouts that were burned, steak that was gristly and very tough. We would have ordered another cocktail but were pushed to order our food then waited 40 minutes and could easily have had a drink. Slow night so no idea what the issues were. We love Senia and were stunned at this mess. The space is lovely. The ridiculous tennis balls on the legs of very heavy barstools were horrible and near impossible to maneuver. I return to Honolulu every year for a couple of months for over 30 years and keep a running list of new or interesting dining/cocktail spots that I provide to a list of people each year. Podmore will specifically be listed as one to avoid. Biggest disappointment in several years of seeking out new and interesting chefs and cocktails in Honolulu.

Loved the food, the service and ambience! And the best service from Anna, she went above and beyond.

The bar stools are comfortable if you can get on them but they don't move much kinda heavy or could be the black tennis balls on the bottom.

Very esthetic restaurant with nice classy vibes. Food was okay, nothing special. Definitely paying a premium for the esthetics.

Great cocktails, solid service, loved the presentation of the cocktails & food. Can't wait to come back.

Great find in heart of downtown and super convenient for Hawaii Theatre nearby. The cocktails were super creative, espesh Holiday Specials. My friend had scallops which were superb! I loved apps of scrumptious fried brussels with cranberries, salmon dip and chopped salad add their special bacon chunks! Will def return when in area!

I love this place. It is pricey, but worth it. I always make sure to visit when I am in Honolulu.

I work in downtown close by, but have only gone here for dinner during the holidays when they light the place up so beautifully. The cocktail menu is one of the more creative and whimsical in town this time of year - and you will pay for it - but for an occasional splurge is OK. Practically everything we have ever ordered has been good! Shepherd's pie, bangers and mash, fish and chips (authentic) and those oddly green bao buns, make the menu an adventure. Gotta try lunch one day. And finally, always attentive and pleasant service. Will be back soon.

This was an office Christmas Luncheon. Everyone enjoyed their entree from the Shepherd's Pie, Butter Chicken, and the Chicken Sandwich. We ordered one of each dessert. All were delicious, and every one had a favorite. Service was outstanding! Boss said we are returning next year!

Brunch was delicious and well portioned. We were a bit late, but they were able to accommodate. Waiter was kind and explained the dishes to us. It was raining heavily that day but they had a spot for our umbrellas so that was no issue.

Dropped in to sample the weekend brunch menu. Had the spinach mushroom toast with a fried egg. Very tasty! The scones were a real treat too.

This was my fourth visit to Podmore and every time is better than the last. I've mostly had lunch here but this was my first brunch, AMAZING Hoping to bring my family for dinner

Podmore during Christmas was such a treat. The inside decor was very special and unique. The service was a little bit slow, but there was only one waitress, taking orders for the table diners. The food was good, but the portions were small. I got the scallops which were delightful, but they could do with some acid to break up the flavors and brighten the plate. there was also a little sand in one of the scallops I had. But overall, it was a great work lunch during Christmas. We parked at Alii place and walked over.

Cocktail menu is diverse and delightful, granted it’s relatively small portion cocktails so it gets spendy. I would say it’s fun for a night out getting drinks but not a regular place for drinks. Got 4 different food items, two entrees and two snacks. In my opinion none were worth the cost but they were all yummy, so if you don’t cook much food at home then it’s worth trying.

I’m celiac and the gluten free menu is NOT safe for celiacs, as someone who risks cross contamination though we got the Brussel sprouts, devils on horse back, curry dish, and shepherd’s pie. Definitely do not recommend for super gluten sensitive people. Also gluten free menu is very very limited.
Overall food was tasty, cocktails were yummy and ambiance was awesome. Service was also exceptional, however everything was a little spendy considering the small portions.
