Podmore is thee spot if you’re looking for a place that’s equal parts stunning and delicious. The vibe? Totally aesthetic—like, the interior design alone is a reason to visit. But let’s talk food. The brioche French toast? Insanely fluffy and so flavorful it didn’t even need syrup. I mean, who does that? The smoked salmon and spiced egg were a solid hit, and I love that you can mix and match to kind of create your own meal. Super cool touch. Now, the chicken and waffles? That sauce was something else—totally unique. And don’t even get me started on the cranberry mimosa. I asked for it a bit tart, and the bartenders nailed it. They’re seriously pros. Oh, and the presentation? Always on point. This is one of my go-to spots when I want to show off to friends from the mainland. They always leave obsessed, of course. Overall, Podmore just gets it—amazing vibes, stellar food, and top-notch service. A total win.
Parking: Parking on the side of the place but we always Uber here or park at a friends and walk over. Parking garages nearby $4 after 4pm

My favorite bar on the island. It’s a bit pricey but it’s my go to for special occasions. The Chung chow is absolutely my favorite cocktail and they now have seasonal flavors so even more reason to come back multiple times throughout the year. They’ve upgraded their food menu and all the items I tried were delicious. Every experience has been incredible and memorable and I will always come back to indulge once more.

Amazing place, very small, great staff, music/vibe on point (jazzy ultra lounge-y), bar is amazing with bartender who is a wizard with extreme focus and attention to detail (actually very rewarding to watch each cocktail being crafted), and appetizers we had were all excellent. Highly recommend if you're in the area and can get in. Meal or drinks out on their own or pre-dinner reservations.

The Podmore is definitely worth a visit! We had fish and chips and steak pie with mushrooms - both were excellently prepared and tasted great. We were particularly impressed by the non-alcoholic drinks, which were impressive with their creativity and taste. The ambience is modern and elegant at the same time, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The service was very friendly and attentive, which rounded off our evening perfectly. We'd love to come back!

We revisited Podmore last night and could not be more thrilled! Certain to be in our date night rotation. The food was so surprising in the best way and we were continually thrilled with what came out to us. We started with drinks, the sweet as flight and the drink that resembles a peanut butter jelly sandwich. Those were amazing! The flight was such a great way to start. They were three seasonal drinks that each tasted exactly like what they said they would, the pecan one was my favorite. The peanut butter jelly one was crazy! It wasn’t too sweet, like we were anticipating, and tasted like peanut butter and jelly, as promised. We started off food with the “Devils on Horseback”. The prune tarte was so light and crisp, the blue cheese wasn’t overpowering, and the bacon brought it together. We had the chopped salad next. It was hearty and they do not skimp on the toppings. The only thing I’d say is I could go for maybe a different base green mix or including more variety. Next we had the seared scallops. The scallops were so good, lightly browned on the outside. The risotto was perfectly al dente, and not overwhelmingly rich. We also tried the kale and truffle lasagna which was AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend. The lasagna was individually cooked I think because our party had two and each was crispy on the edges and tender in the middle. Incredible. It was so tasty, the truffle wasn’t overwhelming and whatever was with that crème on top was a real touch. We lastly had the fish and chips. The fries, while being steak fries, were crispy and well salted. The fish wasn’t over breaded and they immediately brought out malt vinegar, something many places in town don’t have. Other than these things, we tried several other drinks each, all of which were extremely drinkable. Overall, we will be coming back. I had been here a couple of times in the year after opening and while it was great, and certainly an experience, for me, it was one of those places you go once a year maybe because it was such a novelty experience. Now it is a great restaurant.

Excellent cocktails and the confit duck curry was amazing.
A privilege to see chef Rush again the day after a terrific a la carte meal at flagship sister restaurant, Senia. Special shout out to bartender John (ex-NYC), who was super friendly & very generous!
Podmore is the perfect stop after attending the Friday noon concerts by the Royal Hawaiian Band at Iolani Palace, just 2 blocks away. Cocktails are subtle, strong & complex, & the pork bao elevates this staple - reminiscent of Hakkasan in LHR…
Hope to be back on a future visit from SFO!

Staff and atmosphere were great, unfortunately the food wasn’t very tasty. We ordered lasagna which was way over baked and dry. My girlfriend ordered the carbonara. Hers just tasted oily, not very creamy or rich. My friend ordered cocktails and those looked good. Overall great atmosphere and if youre looking for drinks might be a good spot to stop at. But if you dont drink alcohol and want dinner I’d recommend going somewhere else, especially for their food prices.

Service was terrible. Came in when it was relatively empty (two other parties of 2 people in the bar) at 3pm (had a reservation), took 40 minutes to receive our drinks. Although we were the 1st table to order - we were the last to receive our drinks. No one apologized - despite one of the owners being there.
Food was good.

I haven't been to this place since I moved away, but I still think about it at least weekly. The drinks are innovative and delicious, especially the Chung Chow. The atmosphere is elevated and whimsical, and everything is quality. Definitely make time to visit.
