Coleslaw is always fermented and tastes bad. Fries were not fully cooked and it was half the quantity it usually is. Chicken batter is not crispy anymore.
No one ever answers the phone at the Owensboro location. I’ve been calling to let someone know I don’t receive the food that I paid for, but cannot get a hold of ANYONE…..this makes several times now that I’ve ordered a couple of extra items and not received them! I’ve let the other orders go as a loss but this is just too many times and now no one will pick up the phone during business hours for me to discuss the issue.
Bland. Over-hyped restaurant that offers nothing memorable. Went once to try it, definitely won’t be going back. Save your money and tastebuds and go to Popeyes instead.
