Redfish Waikiki is a beautiful place with dim lighting and friendly staff. The only downside was the loud music. The POKE BOWL's Hawaiian Style Ahi was tangy and slightly spicy. Despite a disappointing lack of late-night happy hour, the servers were knowledgeable and made great suggestions for the meal. The waiters, including Kale, are very helpful and provide excellent recommendations. The menu offers a variety of poke bowls, pupus, and entrees. The Vietnamese ribs are great either as a starter or a full meal. The food is consistently excellent, with fresh fish on top of tasty rice. The restaurant is located off the beach, so it's not crowded, offering a low-key, high-value dining experience.
