This is a really nice place. Well-made, well-thought out dishes with a Japanese influence. They have tonkatsu, kalbi, spaghetti (sometimes), butter chicken. We will definitely return because the food tastes good, it is good quality, the chef seems dedicated and consistent, the service is friendly, and in an age when some restaurants are jacking up their prices, they've kept their prices reasonable. I haven't actually come to this restaurant but I've eaten their food twice now. I've had the tonkatsu and chicken nanban. The tonkatsu was kind of dry but not greasy. The curry potato salad was really good. The chicken nanban was so tasty and not greasy. I didn't think that tartar would go good with fried chicken but it does.

The chef makes amazing bento! I tried the Hire Katsu Bento (Pork Tenderloin Katsu) from the August Monthly Special Menu. The bento came with rice, salad, and side dishes. Each component of the dish went well together and had great flavor.
