Small area , crowded, staff busy, nice group, lots parking, near town. Next door local poki food.

It’s like any other Starbucks so decent coffee, I wish they had more seating and also that the seating could be more comfortable. The protein foam was pretty good as well.

Walked in they said order wasn't ready
Didn't communicate how long it would be. 20 minutes later. They said they were 25 minutes behind. Could of just said that in the first place. No going back to this location. O stars

The morning crews here are hit or miss. Very 50/50 on what kind of service youll get when you walk through their doors.
Mobile order ETAs are not true. Expect another 5-15 minutes in-store no matter how far ahead youve ordered. Out of all the times Ive been here, my mobile order was ready ONCE on the counter when I walked in.
Fridge section variety sucks. Bakery selection is always down to the bones. Seasonal items are usually sold out and the wait time for heated items takes forever.
Ive ordered coffee tumblers to go from here and that was a nice experience. They gave lots of extra cups, condiments and even drew flowers all over my boxes.

Went in to grab a coffee and charge my phone before a meeting. Absolutely no outlets and the seating was ridiculous.

This is not a third space. Absolutely the bare minimum for the maximum price at this location.

Waste of my time. What a joke.

The is the worst Starbucks I have been to the barista’s are slow and can’t make good drinks!!

Starbucks at Nuuanu Avenue is always clean when I visit. The staff are friendly and work as quickly as possible to get the beverages and food out to the customers waiting.

This Starbucks is attracting a particular group of rude, crude, & uncaring patrons (besides homeless). Asst Mgr who knows us well (go there daily for years) was yelling at us, instead of instigators(who each had their iPhones so loud, we couldn’t hear each other or the background music & yet they started going after us with flippant remarks). They laughed, told us to leave and all flipped us off. I asked to speak to Asst Mgr afterwards and he did not even apologize. Never going back there. Ever.
Also, they have removed 2/3 of their tables & chairs, as Mgr said they don’t want people to linger. Also said all tables were removed near 1 table along wall for handicapped. That does not explain all the high tables & chairs removed from front of shop. Lately, have seen customers sitting on floor.
This Starbucks closed access to their restrooms as had been trashed by homeless. I suggested showing one’s receipt for access. No one listened. Everyone is having to use filthy restroom at end of shopping center.
Find another Starbucks or another coffee company. I used to work in corporate office. Starbucks was to be “your home away from home”. This isn’t it.

They guy taking my order told me the pink drink had no caffeine so I got one for my 2 year old daughter, turns out there is a lot of caffeine in it. Wonderful mothers day.

I usually never have an issue with this location as it is right around the corner from my work but last time I did a mobile order I got the wrong sandwich and my drink was just all ice barely any pink drink in it when I called the store the person I spoke with was super kind and understanding and offered to give me a new sandwich for the inconvenience that however wasn’t spread when I went to the store after work to get my new sandwich the lady who helped me was rude about remaking my order and just side eyed gave me again the wrong sandwich. Safe to say I wasted gas and money and didn’t end up getting what I wanted
