Starbucks

Went in to grab a coffee and charge my phone before a meeting. Absolutely no outlets and the seating was ridiculous.

This is not a third space. Absolutely the bare minimum for the maximum price at this location.

Waste of my time. What a joke.

Good location and promot service and greeted well. Busy location but it is a Saturday morning

Starbucks at Nuuanu Avenue is always clean when I visit. The staff are friendly and work as quickly as possible to get the beverages and food out to the customers waiting.

This Starbucks is attracting a particular group of rude, crude, & uncaring patrons (besides homeless). Asst Mgr who knows us well (go there daily for years) was yelling at us, instead of instigators(who each had their iPhones so loud, we couldn’t hear each other or the background music & yet they started going after us with flippant remarks). They laughed, told us to leave and all flipped us off. I asked to speak to Asst Mgr afterwards and he did not even apologize. Never going back there. Ever.
Also, they have removed 2/3 of their tables & chairs, as Mgr said they don’t want people to linger. Also said all tables were removed near 1 table along wall for handicapped. That does not explain all the high tables & chairs removed from front of shop. Lately, have seen customers sitting on floor.
This Starbucks closed access to their restrooms as had been trashed by homeless. I suggested showing one’s receipt for access. No one listened. Everyone is having to use filthy restroom at end of shopping center.
Find another Starbucks or another coffee company. I used to work in corporate office. Starbucks was to be “your home away from home”. This isn’t it.

They guy taking my order told me the pink drink had no caffeine so I got one for my 2 year old daughter, turns out there is a lot of caffeine in it. Wonderful mothers day.

I usually never have an issue with this location as it is right around the corner from my work but last time I did a mobile order I got the wrong sandwich and my drink was just all ice barely any pink drink in it when I called the store the person I spoke with was super kind and understanding and offered to give me a new sandwich for the inconvenience that however wasn’t spread when I went to the store after work to get my new sandwich the lady who helped me was rude about remaking my order and just side eyed gave me again the wrong sandwich. Safe to say I wasted gas and money and didn’t end up getting what I wanted

Im so grateful for the free Starbucks drink for my birthday! The Pink Dragon drink is delicious, and the service is great with such a friendly environment

Bathroom was terrible, looks like they closed the bathrooms in the store for staff and make customers use the one outside that was out of paper towels and had a nasty 🤢 key you had to carry back. Also looks like they took a lot of the tables out and there was nowhere to sit. My wife's order was also incorrect.

Was a decent place to sit down until some guy started harassing me.

Poor service, immediately had our order messed up even though the cashier repeated it back correctly but didn’t input it correctly. We ordered two black coffees which she was supposed to hand directly to us at the register and never did, forgot two sandwiches, and didn’t put soy milk in my drink (they did regular milk). They did not seem very attentive once we asked where our items were.

Nice neighborhood Starbucks with full menu, but no drive thru. However pickup is quick and easy from the parking lot.

Parking: Can be busy at times but usually you can find a spot.
