Sugar Factory Reviews
Avoid this place as if it is the plague.
You will find better quality food in the dumpster bins at the food court. Being subjected to repeated imagery of the Jersey Shore douchebags on a oversized TV is worse than actual torture. The table was filthy, flys could been seen around our table and others. When your 12 year old says “we should have gone somewhere else”, that alone is an indication of how terrible it is.
Highly recommend if you want memorable cocktails, crazy desserts, and good American food. The decor is so fun and great for cute pictures !
Menu
Sugar Factory is a casual and lively restaurant that offers a fun dining experience. It is known for its impressive goblet drinks and outrageous shakes, which are the main attractions. Customers have enjoyed the amazing appetizers and delicious drinks, including the big Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a cozy interior and cute indoor decorations, often complemented by live music. The staff is attentive and helpful, with bartenders providing excellent service and making super delicious drinks. The presentation of the dishes and drinks adds to the overall experience, though some customers feel the prices can be high. There are great moments, like enjoying a relaxing lanai seat to listen to live music, even when rain makes the evening more magical, and sharing a banana split with brûlée bananas as a perfect dessert. The restaurant is under new management, working hard to improve reviews and bring in more business. Overall, Sugar Factory is a good place for a celebratory gathering or a casual get-together, where the focus is on the unique and Instagram-worthy drinks and desserts, and where the Flaming Hot Cheeto Burger has won many hearts.
