Truly amazing and extraordinary, every course is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. The sparking sake in particular was unexpectedly outstanding. Only problem is it’s so hard to book, but still, I look forward to returning soon.
The food is very delicious, but it's a pity that on my first visit, I could only dine in the assistant chef's private room. Also, the really good dishes are kept at the back and require an additional order.
Top sushi restaurant in Hawaii Oahu. It is located inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel Waikiki. Serving omakase menu at the sushi counter. Veyr hard to make reservation as very limited seats. Overall the cooking are very good. All sushi and dishes including dessert are delicious. It is worth a Michelin 2 Stars. Service is very good as well. It is nice to have good quality sushi sashimi outside of Japan. Improvement to make is to have a better and bigger selections of Wine and Sake....
