“I love the food at Taco Bell so whenever I want to have a meal there, I stop off at any one of their locations. Of all the Taco Bells on Oahu, I found the Kalihi/Waikamilo location the best! Service is always quick and courteous. When dining in, it is clean and quiet. The food is excellent, ingredients are fresh and presentation and amount of food is awesome! I also want to extend a great BIG thank you to Rudolph, one of the employees there. He was so kind and took the time to help me correct an error I had made on my online order. I had inadvertently sent it to the wrong restaurant. He patiently help me get it sent to the right place. Thank you much, Rudolph! Keep up the good work, Waikamiko! I think you're the best! JK“

“Day shift staffing was only 3 workers. Dining room was closed. Drive thru was slow but these 3 workers DESERVE A RAISE for doing an outstanding job for the owners of this location. The workers changed the customers attitude from frustration and anger to understanding and empathy. Kudos to those 3 workers.“

“The remodeled location looks great, and it is the closest location to downtown. I wouldn't walk there as it is at least a couple of miles. Parking lot and drive thru are space and well designed. So far, they have gotten my orders correct everything, which is awesome given the afternoon rush and short lunches. The app works great here, and takeout is pretty quick. Dine in area is small but clean. If you need to run for the border during lunch, this location is a solid choice.“

“It is not the People that work here, it is that this Taco Bell on Kapahulu and the one across from Safeway on Beretania get swamped with Ordersfrom Food Delivery apps, Online Orders and People coming to the physical restaurants to order food. This is certain the later it is.
Expect long wait times when ordering Taco Bell late night.

“As a reminder, a four star review for me is not a bad thing. Anything higher than a three star is better than average.

I went to Taco Bell today to grab a quick bite to eat on my way to the pet store. One thing that I noticed today, in particular, is that it wasn't nearly as crowded as some of the other times whenever I pass by. Sometimes, at night, the line can wrap around the building and into the street. I guess it just shows how much people like Taco Bell in this area.

I got a couple of crunchy tacos and a drink and it didn't really set me back too much. Eating here is always predictable and you'll always know what you're getting. Nothing to really complain about.

The parking lot is a surface lot, but if there is no parking, you could also park downstairs and just walk upstairs. There's tons of ample parking though.

Do you keep in mind that they occasionally close the drive-through early by a couple minutes so I wouldn't wait till the last minute to get your late night munchies.“
