“Very fast with the app pickup. Careful if you're on Nimitz below the overpass because gps might bug out. So you gotta have precise location active to use it properly. 5 stars for the appropriately depressing atmosphere & what I assume is unlimited Diablo sauce explicitly for those willing to walk-in?“

They say to support your community establishments. Not when they screw you 80% of the time AFTER u wait an avg of 45 minutes with 3 people in front of you !!!!! Thanks, but I'll keep going to Waikamilo !!!!!!“

Held!!! Held always greets the customers with a smile and is so polite! The tacos are the best ever ! All the workers are busy and getting the great tacos to the customers in a quick way ! They are a good team working together from everything I see and experience! It’s the best Taco Bell that I’ve seen ! Mahalo“

“TACO BELL!!! Big foodie here — I absolutely love Taco Bell. Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about when it comes to the menu — everything is fire and always hits the spot when I’m craving fast food.

That said, I do have to mention that at this location, I’ve had a few issues with the service. Some of the employees come off as either rude or hard to communicate with. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble — I just hope maybe some retraining or extra support could help improve the customer service side.

Still love Taco Bell, and I’ll keep coming back — just hoping for a better overall vibe from the team next time.“

“The food is still decent. Considering its a TacoBell. But the SERVICE IS THERE. I always have a great conversation/chit-chat from the staff and always friendly. I show up sporadically a few times a month and it brings me joy. If they haven't gotten their machine fixed. Please fix it. It botheres constomers and makes the staff unable to hear through the window. 7/8.“

“After having bad experiences at many other Taco Bell restaurants, I was really happy with this order. Food was perfect, nothing forgotten, all my adjustments were correct, and it tastes great. Despite the fact I came in 30mins before closing, the staff put in the effort to get my order correct and make it well and I appreciate that. The only note I have is the exterior has been renovated, I was hoping it still had the retro vibe, but the new renovations look clean.“

“This location is directly adjacent to the Hawai'i Kai Straub Benioff Medical Clinic and shares the Center parking lot. Although I've never dined in, the outside looks like your typical Oahu Taco Bell and through the windows, the tables appear to have the typical franchise bench seating. The employees are friendly and my order is always correct here“
