“Tried its popular Da Original Steak Roll plate that came with 2 scoops of rice and some leafy greens. The roll was made from thinly sliced steak and shredded potato. Combining with its sweet sour soy sauce, this made a delicious lunch. The meat was tender and flavorful, unfortunately there weren’t too much meat in this plate lunch that costed $20.“

“Quite possibly the best tasting steak I have had in a very long time… and I frequent steak houses back home in AZ. This was delicious and fast service. Presentation of food looks just like the display case. Food was just under $30 but it was enough food for my husband and I to share.“

“Great cozy Japanese izakaya at McCully Street Shopping Centre. The food menu was good and had a variety.

Drinks menu were good too. Overall, service was friendly and the servers would help make recommendations for food and drinks. Worth a visit if one has hunger pangs at night as it closes at 1am.“

“The woman who owns and runs the place is a one woman operation. Very sincere excellent cook.The food is very reasonably priced and very, very good. I've been to Thailand once before and I felt like I was right back there with the food.“

“Yaki Yaki Miya in Honolulu is absolutely our favorite restaurant in Hawaii, and one of our top restaurant experiences worldwide. The small intimate Japanese experience of dining grill-side, watching the chefs attentively prepare everyone's meals, teppanyaki-style, and then enjoying the incredible flavors are truly unforgettable experiences. The Okonomiyaki (cabbage pancake, with seafood) is our favorite. The staff is very welcoming. Prices are extremely reasonable. We've eaten here many times during the past few years, during our visits to Honolulu. Eating here is one of the reasons we enjoy Honolulu so much.“
