Everything was beautiful: weather, view, piano music and food service. Food was interesting and delicious. The only area they could improve would be the dessert selection. The kulolo crunch and the basque cheesecake were both bland. Enjoyed the coconut ice cream and fruit. The desserts at Dean & Deluca are way better. Other than that, it was a lovely experience.
Our food was good Our server started out great. Had a 3 course price fixe menu. First course came and a few moments later our server checked on us. The the main and dessert came and we didn't see our server till we were done with dessert. The main course plates had barely left the table when dessert was served. On the mirror behind our head it looked like someone had dripped something on it. There were also dark spots on or in the mirror.
I recently dined at La Vie and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is modern yet cozy. Whether you're there for a romantic dinner or a casual meal with friends, the ambiance makes everyone feel comfortable.
