I was disappointed, for the first time, going to Mariposa at Neiman Marcus - Ala Moana. I had a reservation for 2:00PM, confirmed through OpenTable; however, when I arrived at the restaurant I had to wait even though there were a number of tables not occupied as I scanned the room. To make matters worse, after seated, at my table, I had to wait 25 minutes before my food arrived and, between that time, it was I who had to flag the waitress to take my order. My classmates and I really enjoyed lunch at Mariposa. Our order was ready soon after we arrived since we had pre-ordered. Our server Hunter was especially nice, accommodating, friendly and patient. We were allowed to enter by the private Mariposa elevator 1/2 hour before Neiman Marcus opened, which we appreciated. I'm glad Felita was able to take our reservation and orders and was very helpful.
Our server was friendly and patient. Everyone (all who assisted our table) was attentive and on task. Food was delicious. Some in our party were very tardy and Neiman Marcus did not make us feel unwelcome in any way.
