Stumbled upon this place on a quest for sushi, but couldn’t resist the smell of the guava wood grill. Don’t regret skipping the sushi at all! Ordered the salmon, spicy chicken leg and the corn and it was all incredible. It was all made fresh and you could taste it. Would go again and again!

This is a new type of food track I’ve never seen before. They grilled it after I ordered, so I could have it freshly cooked. Grilled chicken is tender and great. I also recommend yuzu sparkling. It has a refreshing flavor, and it's much with food.

This cute looking food truck only opens night time with Big red lantern hanging.I could finally try their wagyu beef bento.They cook them right away using charcoal grill.Waited 10min (not too long for the crowds)Beef is decent and feels like Japanese summer fes I have attended before COVID happened.I will come back again! I was like what ?Is japanese brand beef on skewers and grilled with charcoal outside the truck.Love the flavor and the sauce and quality is great. Will try again when I’m back here in hawaii
