We RAN to Waffle and Berry after the zoo. We showed up 15 minutes before closed and they were quick to calm us. As long as we ordered by 2 minutes before close, we would be served. And then they showed up with a snack plate for our toddler. He absolutely loved it!! We absolutely loved our dessert. Crispy, warm waffle. Sweet ice cream and berries. Unbelievably welcoming environment.

This was one of the best Customer service experiences I have had since living in Hawaii. Today was my 30th birthday and they made me feel so special. The food was amazing and they put a candle on my waffles. Even when we were leaving one of the employees or owners came out after my friend and I and said happy birthday again.
