First time at IHOP Hawaii and had a fantastic experience. Our server Kapeka was helpful and professional. Would come back again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Waikiki. Thanks!
This IHOP has good food at a good price, clean restaurant, friendly staff, and great location in the heart of Waikiki. Waiter sat us with a smile and he was top notch and so darn friendly. Portions are generous but not expensive. We were almost too full for pancakes but glad we made room. The food was outstanding. We didn't encounter any wait time.
Yesterday, they were short-staffed and after that the power went our. The staff was doing everything possible to keep the restaurant running and the clients happy. Eventhough we weren't able to have a meal, since we were in line waiting for the power to come back, we can definitely appreciate their efforts. It's certainly hard to keep everyone happy while dealing with things out of their control.
