My go to place for Hawaiian food. The laulau here is so soft and juicy. They have ox tail laulau on Wednesdays and butterfish laulau on Fridays. The kalua pig is seasoned perfectly and they have their own style of pipikaula. They also have pastele, turkey tail, charsiu pork, poke, chicken long rice and some other foods. All broke da mout. We return to the island annually to enjoy the local cuisines of Hawaii. Our first stop has been Young's for at least three years. We look forward to the tasty savory aroma of pork, chicken or butterfish laulau depending on the day and poi. Young's Fish Market continues to be our first stop. Oh yes, the pasteles are the best that we've had and we've tried many.
