I had trouble using my Zipster Rewards that are given to a senior customer who formerly had the original rewards.Working supervisor Dan at Waipahu Zippy’s helped me figure out how to use my $100 credit before the end of 2023. Dan was very patient with this old lady who needed lots of help with the app on my phone. Many thanks, Dan.

Ordered chicken katsu and when we got home both of our katsu plate were over cooked and burnt and crunchy. Their cooks need to be retrained and common sense that you should know that you shouldn't be serving stuff like that.

Aloha all, from the beginning.Zippys is a Local, Fast Food, Cafe type Restaurant that is Originally founded in the State of Hawaii and is Highly recommended by Locals and Visitors to the State of Hawaii.Finally, they are planning to open an outlet here in Las Vegas and it's scheduled opening is finally dated as in the Summer of '23.We, Transplanted Hawaiian's from the State of Hawaii who now live here in the Las Vegas, Surrounding Cities and States of the West Coast, really miss the Zippy's Restaurant favorite's and can't wait for this Chain to open for business.If anyone reading this has visited the State of Hawaii, at least 95% of you have eaten at, or from Zippy's and you know exactly what I'm talking about.So, target date is Summer of '23 barring and further dalays. I can't wait....

Dear Zippy's management,As a long time Zippy's customer I would like to commend one of your newest employees, Enmi at the Kahala restaurant.Enmi checks in customers, verifying temperatures are OK and getting information for Covid tracing. When there are no customers to greet she is continuously clearing tables and sanitizing the tables and plastic barriers.We regularly go to the Kahala branch due to exceptional serving from Yong. When Yong is not there Tina and Thelma also give us great service. With Enmi joining the team you can't be beat for friendliness and service. Thank you for your leadership, Kerry and Marlene
