Flying in from San Francisco, one of my 1st stops us always Zippy’s
Casual friendly atmosphere.
Delicious food. Love Portuguese soup and clam chowder. The corn bread fried and buttery.
For a delicious taste of Honolulu, run to Zippy’s. I do!
Had to try the Portuguese Bean Soup and found it was as delicious as I imagined it would be. It was a stick to your ribs meal in a bowl, similar to a stellar version of Minestrone soup. Walked in and ordered and got it quickly from the friendly staff. Savored it in the rental car while my wife enjoyed a brownie I got her. Two thumbs up!
