Ordered the rare steak Vietnamese pho and fresh shrimp rolls. The pho was delicious and well worth the 45 min wait onWed evening around 7.30pm. Cashier was clear that it would take 30+ min but i was ok to give it a try. Worth a visit and you wouldn't think it came from a food truck! We were here early and there was NO wait! Everything is fresh & made to order. The shrimp pho is delicious I chose the veg broth. Fresh roll was huge! And you get 2 as an order. We tried the pork. It was sliced thin and nicely seasoned. Peanut sauce was really good too. I ordered the kimchi fried rice with bbq short rib, the wait was expectedly long. The rib was tasty, kimchi fried rice at first tasted subpar, but combining with the rib it’s actually quite good.
