Ichiban Maui is conveniently located near the airport (OGG) and was busy with both dine in and take out customers on Saturday night. Arrive early (5pm) for fast seating! Sushi ? is cold and fresh, hot dishes were hot and flavorful, particularly the Chow Funn! Servers worked well as a team and were professional and helpful. We will try to visit Ichiban again next time on Maui! Beer and Saki available’
