Small place; don't let the overall look of the restaurant deter you. It was very clean and the food was exceptional!!! They do have gluten free options (I got a meal similar to taco bell's chicken bowl). Pricing was very cheap compared to most places and the food was soooo good and filling.
El Maguey is tucked off in a small plaza but is as authentic as it can get. Fairly decent pricing with large portions. Depending on when you show up, be prepared to wait as there are about 8 or so tables but regulars and visitors pack this space.

El Maguey is a great little hole in the wall with amazing food and large portions. This place gets BUSY, and the staff are friendly, curious, and knowledgeable. Everything is extremely fresh and made to order, so it may take a little longer but is well worth it. The best Mexican food on the island, authentic and flavorful. It is not your average run of the mill quick order restaurant. Customers recommend the beef chimichangas combo plate. The guacamole is so good. The food is always fresh, always CORRECT, and always good. The restaurant has a small local feel with friendly portions and staff.
