“We RAN to Waffle and Berry after the zoo. We showed up 15 minutes before closed and they were quick to calm us. As long as we ordered by 2 minutes before close, we would be served. And then they showed up with a snack plate for our toddler. He absolutely loved it!! We absolutely loved our dessert. Crispy, warm waffle. Sweet ice cream and berries. Unbelievably welcoming environment.“

“Don’t let the exterior fool you, this is no greasy spoon. We had a MARVELOUS breakfast here. All of the food was beyond compare, budget-friendly priced, and the staff is exceptional. Highly recommended. We will be back whenever we are in Honolulu.“

“We LOVEEEEE Egghead Cafe!!! Every time we come in they are so friendly, welcoming of my little ones, and quick! I've never had anything bad. Their coffee is delicious, my favorite is Tiramisu Latte! Definitely visit, it will be worth it!“

“The food was excellent. Service was great. It would have been really nice if they had a high chair for my 1 year old. It would have also been nice if they had bathrooms.
While the food was excellent, it was a little pricy for what it actually was (crapes and waffles) although prices were similar to the rest of Hawaii.“

“Though I think I've only ever ordered the veggie omelet with cheese, it is my favorite omelet. Perfect size and great veggie selection (who knew cabbage would be so good in an omelet?!)
The hashbrowns are perfectly crispy. Be sure to get the biscuit!
My friends have enjoyed the other menu items they've ordered.
While I usually dine in this time I did takeout and everything was just as good as if I had eaten there. (Granted, I did eat it in my car right away.)
FYI they're now closed for repairs, I think till Jan 7.“

“Food was great, staff was kind and fast, and the best part was there wasn’t a crazy wait (like at some of the other places nearby). Can definitely recommend the vegetarian omelette, and they also accommodated our party by making vegetarian fried rice for us. Also we loved the banana pancakes!“

“Best buffet! Exclusive for military members or those staying at Hale Koa, so the atmosphere is courteous. The staff is also kind and courteous.
The food is excellent with all the choices you'd expect including a custom egg station and fresh fruit bar.
The view of the ocean on the second floor balcony is wonderful background to brunch.
If you're eligible to eat here, you should.“

“This place has THE BEST honey toasts. Great customer service and there are also super cute decorations! I came here with my friend and we ordered the honey toast, Vanilla ice cream dream toast with chocolate sauce, Oreo cookie, pocky sticks and sprinkle sugar powder with raspberry. They also have varieties of tea you can choose from. Everything is so refreshing here. You won’t want to miss out on these treats, the next time you’re here!“

“Excellent staff with the best food!!! We stayed on Waikiki for two weeks and had many great breakfasts and dinners here. The Loco Moco is the best I’ve had and the Eggs Benedict are also excellent! The bartenders are great and they also run drinks to the pool at the Ilikai. We will definitely be spending much of our time here on our next trip! Thank you Menehune Grille!“

“In short words ill say the waitress was nice and the atmospehere was calm. The food wasn’t expected for the price but it was still the delicious. To summarize it’s calm, close to the ala moana hotel, nice but kinda pricey if you’re just there to eat a small meal rather then how much you should at a buffet. I went with my mom and together it costed 51$ (2 people) I would recommend this restraunt but only if you’re there to eat more then 1 or 2 plates of food“

“Excellent! Our food came quickly, even on Valentine's Day. When you walk in, you're greeted and welcomed, which is rare these days. We had a reservation, but didn't ask for it, or immediately stop us, and instead simply asked us where we'd like to sit. They disclosed the added service charge BEFORE taking our order. All good things that more restaurants, fancy or otherwise, should do. Mahalo for a great breakfast :)“
