“Starbucks near Kailua. There are few people working closely with the lives of the people in the town, and it is crowded. It's not a stylish atmosphere. It's easy to park in the flat parking lot inside the unassuming mall.
Parking: Parking is spacious.A flat parking lot in a mall with a supermarket, etc.“
“Everyone working here is the nicest. The spot is convenient and a great place to gather for small meetings, etc. like the online ordering option.
The problem is that it took the place of mom and pop coffee shops that came before it. Makes me sad to see that they were replaced with a corporation that doesn't treat the workers very well overall (hopefully not in this store in particular).“
“Fine location but a few limitations since they’re on base: You can earn stars here, but you cannot redeem them. You can use the Starbucks app to pay, but you cannot use it to order ahead of time.
Sometimes this location is out of a basic ingredient (like ice) and sometimes they don’t open until after the posted opening time.
Overall, a good Starbucks, but if you want a slightly better, more consistent experience, drive off base to the Aikahi location.“
“I would like to praise your employee who was working right when the store opened. Hapa. Young man who was very personable, accommodating and very polite. He was working for about twenty minutes by himself and treated each customer with the utmost courtesy. Although, I realize it's their job but he put out just a bit more then normal and made my morning awesome...aloha“
“Walked in at 2 mins until closing with an out of season request and the coffee connoisseurs working on the evening of June 21st make a cocktail of coffee that hit the mark...home run. They were the kindest Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. 12/10....will come back.“
