My wife and I took the pour over class at Tradition with Tim and Neil. Both were extremely knowledgeable about coffee and gave us great insight to speciality coffee roasting and what makes Tradition unique. We walked away with more coffee knowledge, additional roasters to check out in our home state, and an experience that will last for a lifetime.
