Nostalgia! Fried rice tastes like same recipe when I would buy the pint as a kid, with Char siu, peas and carrots and egg. I didnt realize it, but this has been my baseline fried rice to judge all other fried rice❤️ Pork hash wrapper was a little thicker than I'm used to, but the filling was so good with the hot mustard. Nice size gau gee as well and the stuffed bittermelon was delicious! The lady dishing up the orders was pleasant and kind. Can't wait to go back...
Great place for takeout although they have a couple of tables for eating there. It doesn’t have much decor it’s a hot table where people come order roast pork or duck… even turkey tails or a plate lunch.
Down home Chinese fast food. I’m no expert on what qualifies as “authentic Chinese” but this certainly did not feel like Americanized Chinese food. We ate Jai, egg fooyun, with white rice. Very tasty. The server was energetic and entertaining while making helpful recommendations.
Vegetarian options: No vegan options, but three vegetarian options. Definitely has the fast food tendency to be a bit heavy on the oil, but still quite good.
