“The portions here are decent! I got the 3 meat plate, my partner got the pulled pork sandwich combo. Beef brisket was soft and delicious. Even the chicken breast was the most moist I've ever had it. The ribs were okay. Everything was very filling and flavorful. Definitely recommend as this is the closest thing in Hawaii I've experienced to Texas BBQ, and in my opinion the price isn't bad considering we are on an island and all. Only thing I didn't like was the salt, but everything had plenty of flavor to be eaten without it. Really enjoy the fries here since they seem to be actual potato fries.“

“I just want to say I did run into a minor issue with my online order but ai really want to give shout out to the GM and Kitchen Manager Kanoa and Akamu. They really took the time and effort to hear what I had to say. And they made it right. With out a doubt 10/10 customer service! Thank you both for your exceptional service! I would strongly recommend this location to all pizza lovers!“

“The yum chicken is the best chicken I've ever had in my life ! We come to Hawaii every year to visit family, and we are so glad that we came across Chicken and Brisket, it has become a staple for us to visit when we are on the island. the whole menu is amazing but the yum chicken is my personal favorite . Awesome, friendly staff and great environment. We will always eat there when we are in Hawaii. 🤙“

“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.“
