Well my friends, Finally made it back to En Fuego! We all ordered our normal favorites and we all loved our dishes. I got the pastele stew with garlic chicken. As much as I enjoyed the stew, I was so sad that I didn't have more garlic chicken! It was amazing! Not overly garlicky or to hard. So freaking good. This is definitely my new favorite garlic chicken. We also ordered the squid luau and is was ono! Nice chunks of squid and just the right amount of coconut and sweetness....read full review
