First time trying this place and was very impressed. First impressions were very clean and well run, all the veggies and meats were extremely fresh. Got the Thai broth and Seafood broth and both were excellent. Service was very attentive and personal with advice and suggestions. Not a budget meal but what is these days. During a recent visit to family in Hawaii, they introduced my husband and I to Hot Pot for the very first time. Oh my goodness was it delicious! The experience was unforgettable, with the Thai broth standing out as something truly specialāit was absolutely the BEST (get that was one of your broths!).
