Wow! My family loves Menchie's. They have a delicious variety of flavors & toppings. I appreciate their customer service which is friendly, polite & professional. Also, great location.

There frozen yogurt was frozen and tastes like yogurt . Couldn’t find it because the sign was not lit up so gonna have to give it a 5/10 stars. Best Ice cream I ever had! Update: I got Covid here and got off work 2 weeks 10/10 service

Me and my mom came for a visit. We never been there for years so we thought it was the same before, maybe even better we thought. But it was smaller and there was only 2 flavors. And we got 2 regular small with no toppings. And the price was 5.50, i don’t think it wasn’t worth it because i got a chocolate one and it didn’t even taste like chocolate. It was kinda fruity. I can tell that they just changed the flavor without cleaning it.Service there was also bad as well

Um yikes! All I can say is that I think this place is TRYING to go out of business! Out of like 12 possible flavors they only had 4 that you could actually get. Everything was out! It was dead in there when we walked in and it didn’t take us long to figure out why.

save yourself the drive, and your money! they have very few options.& their toppings are $1.00 each, way too expensive.Got two yogurts for my kids paid 22.80. McDonald’s ice cream is better and cheaper.

Agree with the negative reviews and sadly because we love our hometown Menchies. How can the same franchise be so drastically different? We visited twice thinking we caught them on a bad day. Nope. Just terrible management. 4/12 then 7/12 flavors, no samples, toppings sealed and for good measure the exterior sign was turned off both nights. Menchies corporate please visit this store and shake things up - they are not representing you properly!!

Ice cream is always delicious. Whether it’s yogurt, ice cream, fro yo, whatever. Cold sweet snacks are always a blessing. Being able to put your favorite toppings on it is literally icing on the cake.This location has been around for many years. Used to be larger in size than it is currently. When it first opened this place was bustling with business. However it is almost sad to see where it is today. Over the last several months every time I go in which is usually about once a week there are only three or four flavors available.Even though it is March 2023 they still have not put any tables back inside for seating. You are forced to sit outside with your cold ice cream on a hot day and have it melt away if you are lucky enough to find a bench outside to sit on.The prices for what you get are extremely high just like everywhere else in Hawaii. But come on it’s ice cream! The staff is just OK. They are not really excited about their jobs and many times I feel like I am inconveniencing them while I am the only one in the store.I tried to go there again today and their hours state they open at 11 AM. However it was 11:30 and the doors were still locked. The open sign was not on and there was nobody in sight.There is a huge potential for this business when it is operated according to their standards but unfortunately it does not appear they are making much headway to improving and getting back to the mighty ice cream shop they once were.

If this place is still in business within a month I'll be surprised. Everything about the frozen yogurt experience is ruined here. Still playing Covid 19 games, no samples, limited flavors, and instead of a toppings bar you have to pay $1 per topping in a pre-packaged cup. I don't want $1 worth of sprinkles, I just want a few sprinkles. Do yourself a favor and just go to Tutti Frutti in Pearl Ridge.

We went to this location to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Thinking this location was the better option due to the positive reviews, but it was not.They only had four flavors working. The only flavor my daughter can have is the no-sugar strawberry which was working, but we had to throw it away because it was too sweet and tasted like it was full of sugar.I'm not sure what the employee was doing. she kept going to the back closet for long periods. Will not return to this location.The toppings were in individual packages and no fruit! We ant do candies, we can only do fruit!Such a disappointment!

We first of all can’t taste try the flavors and secondly the price per ounce has skyrocketed to a level that is completely in affordable. So sad. Imma miss Menchies when they run themselves out of business. ?

Today we got mango and pineapple froyo with strawberry mochi and lilikoʻi popping boba! Soooo yummy! Love coming to Menchie's for a quick sweet treat!

The menchie frozen are delicious, but very $$$.

Had a choice of 3 flavors. Everything else was out. $5.00 for a 1/4cup of one flavor and one topping! ??? Don’t waste your money.

These guys are stuck in 2020 madness and still enforcing obsolete COVID protocols. Good yogurt, clueless policies.
