La Tour Cafe offers a nice selection of fresh food and great bakery items, including delicious Macarons. The Pho-ggie sandwich is a standout, with amazing flavors reminiscent of a bowl of Pho in a sandwich. The portions are fairly big and reasonably priced. The seating area is shaded and pleasant, although some find the chairs uncomfortable. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Keep in mind they do not accept cash.
