I visited Kapolei Hawaii location 1/11/23 from 11:50am-1:12pm to have lunch by myself. I was sat outside in the corner (no issue there), but my waitress came out and was unbelievably cold and unkind. She never greeted me, said "what do you want?" with a scowl. I ordered a cherry coke, requesting coke with grenadine blended, an appetizer of mozzarella sticks, and soup and salad with breadsticks.
