Had to work so put in a online order to pick up.
It says they open till 9:00pm so made my pick up 9:00pm, thinking would get there earlier anyway.
Got there at 8:32pm, opened the door, one of the employees as he was mopping the floor said we are closed!
I told him I had a online order!
They didn't have my order but they charged my card.
Then they said they couldn't refund to the card so they would have to give me cash back.
So I went to Paco's Taco's just to get back my money that I didn't need.
Waste Time!
What kind of place is this!
Never tried Paco's Taco's before, wanted to try it, but never again!
And I would advise everyone else!
They wouldn't even get one star, but had to put something.
But by reading some of the reviews, I'm glad I didn't get to eat there, some reviews of the quality of the food was terrible!

Usually a great place, but tonight I was disappointed. Ordered steak fajitas, and the steak was very tough. So the meal was disappointing.

THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN OAHU.
Kapolei is so lucky to have pacos tacos;
First of the food is flavorful , starting with the quality of the meat and sazón.
From the simple but delicious tacos to more elaborate dishes like the fajitas and carne asada. Everything here is delicious.
The cherry on top and plates I often ask for when in the restaurant are their soups!!!!
They have 3 available fantastic soups at all times at this location. Pozole tradicional, an amazing menudo soup!! Mhhh so good
And my favorite one. Birria soup. By far I think is so flavorful, rich and full of meat. I like to order it with a side of rice.
Now, let’s talk about the service.
In the restaurant at least for lunch. There is a one man show. Don Hugo has to be the most jovial caring server I have come across in many years. Hugo takes care of every one with respect, speediness, fantastic attitude and a charismatic personality. This guy is top notch.
It is hard to find some one in the service industry that cares as much as Don Hugo does. He always execute to perfection. Food comes on time, always right and while he places your order he may tell you something funny or give you advise on what to order. Just making your visit even more pleasant.
Now ask him to make you a beer michelada and you’ll get the best most refreshing one outside Mexico. The man knows!!!
I became a regular since the first day I try the food and got to see that real professional service that makes you feel welcome cared for still exists.
I hope other people in the service industry will go see how it is done and take tips from señor Hugo.
Guys. See you at lunch.

First time eating here, originally I wanted ground beef tacos but I didn't see it on the menu so I ordered the al pastor tacos, pork was very tender, tasty. Portions are small for the price, no sides or chips and salsa included. I just ordered the two tacos, to try this place for the first time, not the combo plate. One thing I didn't like was no pricing on the menu so I didn't know how much the combo plate would cost. Two tacos were about $14.00. A little pricey. I will probably return to try another dish another day.

We love this place. Its our go to restaurant and were regulars. Surprised about the poor reviews for service because I find this restaurant to have the best service on the island! Food is also amazing and the staff are always happy and welcoming. The drinks are expensive but they are really well made. Happy to support a family owned spot!

Went in at 805pm to dine in but they told us to go only and we order some food to go. The food was honestly mid and not the best seasoning and for the price, that's kind of sad , service was friendly though

I've been here twice. Both times, great food and great service. I'm not from the Islands so I can't honestly compare it to other places here but I really enjoyed it.

Went for dinner on a Thursday evening. Only four tables of customers and there was at least 6 staff. You would think that would mean good service, but it was weirdly poor. The wait staff just standing around zombie like. Couldn't even get there attention to explain that the Al pastor tacos were not good and we would like something else. Finally got carne asada replacement and not much better. The margaritas were less than fair. The spicy jalapeno margarita had no spice and no tequila from what I could taste. The prices were outrageous. Two margaritas, two tacos and a burrito plate was $100. Granted the margaritas were the 16oz, but like I said they were basically mixer only. We won't be going back to Paco's Tacos.

Tried Paco’s and was very pleased. The Al Pastor Tacos were tasty and the flan perfect. Friendly attentive service, and enjoyed the live music!
