This was my first time placing an order at PizzaHut.com but not my first online food order. My order was supposed to be ready for contactless pickup at 1:15p. I arrived at Pizza Hut at just after 1:00p and the email I had received said to call when I arrived, which I did. I was told that my order would be ready shortly and that someone would bring it out to my vehicle.
At 1:58p my order had still not arrived. I left without my food.
