Subway

Came in around 8:30 pm and the girl (Taelyn) working there was extremely rude and stern. She had an attitude and would not recommend. Not even a smile on her face.

The worst subway that I've ever been. The crew this afternoon is so bad. Giving attitude to customers. Looks like they don't wanna be there. No hair net for the workers making my sandwich. Gross. I have to disect my sandwich for hair. I don't know who is the supervisor for that shift. She should be fired. They are moving slow.

$16 for lunch. Food was ok. Coke from fridge was warm, when I asked for ice for a cup, I was told by the manager that “we don’t give complimentary cups”. I asked what I should do about the warm drink and I was told again “we don’t give
complimentary cups”.

The worst subway I've been to. The employees were extremely rude. They were complaining when I wanted to customize my sandwich. I asked for a variety of vegetables. They barely put anything on my sandwich. I asked one of the ladies if they were hiring, and right when she was about to answer, a lady at the register screamed NO, disrespectfully. They have no regard for customer service.

No line, place was empty. I stood in front of the register for a few minutes while all the workers were in the back talking. I stood for a bit, when one of the girls came to the front I thought I would be helped. I was wrong. She saw me, went to the back 2 more times without acknowledging me once. Never going to this location again

Tried to place an online order for the BOGO subs. I had a gift card to use and there was a left over amount due. The site does not allow split payments so it wouldn’t allow an order to be place. I went into the store and the server would not honor the BOGO promo because the order could not be placed online. Very disappointing.

Subs are getting better now they cut meats but price is getting high

Hi's and smiles upon entry and eating fresh! The two ladies behind the counter were amazing and the sangwiches? Delicious!

A manager at 4450 kapolei parkway subway named DeAndre Ree - not sure if I spelled her last name correctly - skipped me completely after another worker helped me with my toppings when she was supposed to take care of the rest. She didn’t bother to inform me, she had to help me too but only told me I had to wait, while giving me weird looks. I told the guy why I’m getting my order skipped. He informed me that she was supposed to fill the rest of the toppings in when I thought he already did. He proceeded helping me with the finish. The manager as she settled the payment, she continued with her immature, pathetic attitude. I told her I was going to tell corporate, and she still gave off her ridiculous behavior. She didn’t even hand me my receipt.Her name is DeAndre Ree and she’s black.
