“When we first visited this place over 10 years ago, I thought, oh great cafeteria food. Boy was I wrong. This place is very funky with highly polished surf boards as tables. The food is great. Needless to say we've been coming back year after year and bringing friends and family every time.“

“One of the best mixed plates I had on the island!! Me and my group all loved kings bbq during our trip to Maui. The owner kai is so great and we came back multiple times during our stay. 🌺
Our favorite bites were definitely the mixed plate with chicken katsu and the beef short ribs. Comes with Mac Salad and Rice and the Mac salad was an easy 10/10!! We also tried the spam musubi, chicken low mein, and the banana egg roll which were all so good.
Location is also really great right across from the beach making it a really good option to grab to go and eat with a view 🌅 All the food we got was also really affordable which is why I easily give it a 5 ⭐️“

“I went through drive-thru. The person on the other side was unremarkable. What made my visit exceptional was the person at the second window, and not for the first time. Gabriel seems to take pride in his work, as I have hoped things would go back to. This is not an anomaly for Gabriel, as I have had the same great service from him before. To top it all off, when I made the decision to go in and offer a gratuity, he asked if I would not miss it. Great person, all around. McDonald's is lucky to have such a man.“

“Visit this taco bell frequently. Everything is as good as you can expect from a fast food restaurant on Maui, with 1 notable exception: This location frequently opens much later than 7am. You can order on the TB App at 750am, show up at 8am, and there's still nobody working yet. The doors are locked and the drive through is unresponsive. I wouldn't complain if this was a one-time occurrence, but it has happened multiple times. I wish they'd update their official hours, or pay their workers enough to get to work on time.“
“I have been going to Subway for a little over 3 years. This location is my favorite. I get a quality filling meal for around $5. It is perfect for me. The staff is AWESOME! I am always greeted with a warm smile. If you are looking for quality, affordable, excellent customer service, you will find it at the Kamaole subway.“

“Everytime we come in here Brody is super kind and patient with my and my son. It can be busy with the line out the door and he always has a good attitude and is super efficient.

“On Monday night I went and was helped by Lu and one of her coworkers. I had just arrived from a flight, and since everything else was already closed, I got there late. They were already closed too, and still they decided to make me a pizza and put so much love, lots of cheese, and such good vibes into it. I really want to highlight their attitude, the service, and the help they gave me. The pizza was excellent. Thank you so much, Lu!“

“The whole crew was so welcoming and loving! Wanted to tip their friendlyness and excellent customer service. There was no tip Jar and no CC added tips…Is it a company’s policy? Keep that crew…just wonderful. I hope they get paid well for their phenomenal efforts!“

“We went to a local place for lunch that had great reviews and were very disappointed. Came across this amazing food truck and randomly ordered a few things……ended up coming back not even an hour later to order more. Great portions, food was so good! Made to order and so yummy! The wasabi cream sauce is 🤤🤤🤤 Give this truck a try! Best meal on Maui after a week of trying different local spots!“
