“This has become our favorite place to eat in Maui. We eat here every trip but this time we came back 3 times!! Two favorites, coconut shrimp with sweet potato fries AND the mahi mahi (I now prefer this over Paia Fish Market’s) it was so tender and the sauce served with it is out of this world!! I actually got and extra sauce when we left to eat with our steak the next day. It was that good!! The owner is the sweetest and her gift of creating delicious food is next level. “Stopped by the Kihei Food Truck Park after seeing it driving by a couple nights ago. It turns out Vidads has the (strangely) elusive garlic noodles we’ve been searching for! And at so much better of a price than anywhere else on the island! The garlic noodles were incredible and the beef on top was mouthwatering. “A little Mexican food truck parked on the side of the road south of Wailea. By far some of the best food I’ve had on the island and quite authentic. Wife had the fish tacos with their delicious salsa and I had a giant fish torta which was amazing. In terms of bang for the buck where eating out tends to be fairly expensive…this place is a total gem.
Be aware there’s no seating available, we just ate in the comfort of our AC-laden car but could easily take a picnic to go to the beach nearby. A+!“
