Hands down the best food I had during my week in Maui.“

“Loved their garlic shrimps. Side salad, taro mush potatoes, curry taste rice, and sauce were also good. It was a perfect size for me, but my husband said he wished for bigger portions. Shrimps didn't smell at all, so they must be pretty fresh. Eating area had a small covered area, so it was hot and windy.“

“Stopped by the Kihei Food Truck Park after seeing it driving by a couple nights ago. It turns out Vidads has the (strangely) elusive garlic noodles we’ve been searching for! And at so much better of a price than anywhere else on the island! The garlic noodles were incredible and the beef on top was mouthwatering. Afterwards, we got the taro boba and ube boba and they were unbelievably affordable and delicious. Service was quick and servers were friendly! Garlic Noodles“

“Wow. Sauces are amazing. The scorpion is a good heat and manageable if you like spice. I didn’t try the spiciest I imagine it’s out of my comfort zone.

So juicy and delicious and the staff were friendly. Will definitely go back.“

“I do not normally post reviews. (I believe this is my second one since my wife typically does the posting). But, this food is amazing. I went back a second time during my stay on the island because of the flavors, amount of food, cost, and extremely nice staff. So positive, friendly, and all around good vibes. I purchased the chicken burrito and corn in a cup twice. Excellent both times. This time around we added on the chicken taquitos. Also delicious. We recommend and would definitely go back.“

“It’s a food truck at the end of the road with nothing else around except a competing food truck. You order at the window and then wait for your food- around $5 per taco. Electronic payment. We got the veggie tacos and the chorizo tacos. The veggie tacos were great for being in Hawaii- rice, beans, lettuce, cheese and guacamole wrapped in 2 tortillas each.

Came across this amazing food truck and randomly ordered a few things……ended up coming back not even an hour later to order more. Great portions, food was so good! Made to order and so yummy! “Spicy food is a challenge to find on Maui. Not here at ATF! They offer customizable heat from 1 to 10. I ordered level 10 Green Curry w Tofu and did have to assure them that I was looking for Thai heat; runny nose & watering eyes and that I’m not just some dumb white guy with too much bravado. This was one of the spiciest dishes I’ve had on Maui and yet the flavor of the curry was very present and super enjoyable! Still, I’m going to see if they’ll push to 11 or 12 level on my next order. Their Thai Iced Tea is really good too.“
