We sat at the sushi bar on sat night. Waiter was so sweet, great at her newly modified job...(again) she introduced us to the sushi chefs and they all waved and threw shaka Our food was so epic, fast, tasty and well prepared. We had such an awesome experience. I love Isana and the ohana that get together each day to serve and help us have a great evening treat. I’m service industry on island and I appreciate so much being able to go out and see people in my field still smiling...read full review

Isana on Maui offers incredible service and delicious food in a casual atmosphere. Diners can enjoy the fresh bluefin sashimi special, rated 10/10, along with the must-try Isana Fried Rice and Sushi. The restaurant has a chill vibe, enhanced by Hawaiian music and great lighting for photos. While the happy hour prices are slightly higher now, they remain worth it, especially when enjoying fresh drinks and tasty food. The miso soup is really good, and the fried salmon belly appetizer is amazing. The ribeye steak pupu is absolutely delicious, and the Li Hing Mui Mango Margarita is a standout. Although the ramen was nothing special, the seafood and sushi options shine, with diners praising the freshness of the sashimi and the hamachi avocado roll. Fast and friendly service makes dining at Isana a great experience, and it is also kid-friendly, making it a nice spot for families. The view of the sunset across from the beach adds to the overall experience. Isana truly is a hidden gem in Kihei, where every meal is sure to satisfy.
