Koast is a farm to table restaurant in Wailea, South Maui, offering an amazing and phenomenal dining experience. The restaurant is beautifully appointed and comfortable, with a pleasant ambience, ocean views, and a lack of noise due to its upper location. The menu has many amazing options featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful, unique dishes. Dishes are really outstanding with beautiful presentations and delicious flavors.
Guests recommend the spicy margarita, fresh snapper, rib eye, ceviche, Caesar salad, rigatoni, ahi salad, pork adobo, and the whole roasted Kona Kampachi with green papaya slaw. For dessert, the ube malasadas with vanilla ice cream are superior. The restaurant has its own meat and fish locker on display, ensuring fresh ingredients. Service is professional, friendly, and good, with staff offering spot-on recommendations and demonstrating the Aloha spirit. While there is some room for improvement on the service side as it is a relatively new restaurant, the experience is still great and above and beyond. The vibe and food are incredible and reasonable, leaving guests highly satisfied and planning to return.
