My party of 8 was very excited about this meal and we have enjoyed meals at Morimoto restaurants on many occasions. From bad service, to overcooked main courses, even the presentation was reminiscent of Outback Steakhouse. Terrible experience … and for $500 a person. I didn’t realize that asking for the server to bring a non-alcoholic drink was such an inconvenience. Thumbs down. 👎
We are vacationing in Maui for our anniversary… we decided to treat ourselves to a fancy dinner at Morimoto’s. We arrived at our reservation time and were told our table wasn’t ready. Okay, no problem. I’m disabled and barely walk with a cane and support. I took the last seat at the bar and my wife stood behind my chair. After 20 minutes our table still washed ready but the hostess told us we couldn’t be in the bar without a seat and we would need to wait outside....read full review
