Nice cold beer was very reasonably priced. Got an appetizer and food for the kiddos and they ate every bite. Servers were very friendly and attentive. The menu is a little overwhelming and some items seem a little pricey, but we would like to come back for dinner next time!
Kid-friendliness: Smaller kid’s menu but they also have Gyoza, hot dogs and lots of rice & noodle dishes kids would love. Live music and colorful atmosphere so there’s a lot for kids to look at. My one request would be shorter non-breakable glassware for kid’s waters
Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the tables appear to be up a on a landing with a couple steps, but there are a few tables on the floor accessible from the entrance without using steps

Takeout was very disappointing. The “bowl” of soup came in what looks like a 12oz coffee cup. The cashew chicken stir fry was really plain and flavorless. Lastly an $8 packing charge for to-go orders is B.S.
With all the great food around here, even in the same shopping center, I won’t ever be back.

I'm going to put on my special-needs parent hat for a minute, just because it's really rare as a dad to find a restaurant that actually cares about my kids, and wants them to relax, vibe, and have fun.
Bangkok Happy Bowl is the absolute greatest on earth with Autistic kids, hands-down.
The staff go above and beyond to make Autism parents feel welcome, and their servers are kind, funny, and warm-hearted.
Yesterday our server totally knew what our special kiddo wanted to eat, almost like magic, and brought his food out right away.
She also bonded with our older boy, and brought him a plate of "ultra-sigma" chicken wings, with his favorite Asian sauces on the side.
(I have no idea what "ultra-sigma" means. I think it's from Fortnite...lol)
On the mom and dad end, the food was so, so good. Mama bear had a spicy poké bowl, and dad had mild spicy pad thai.
5-star ingredients, generous portions, and moderately priced.
If you are visiting Kauai and have kids who need some extra love, please know that this is the ultimate spot for your family.
Safe, fun, and full of neat stuff that your kid can actually touch.
A+ on every level. We plan on coming back soon, and also making this business a long-term part of our extended network.
Best people ever. Thank you so much for having us!
Kid-friendliness: A+ on every possible level

Meh. Food was flavorless. We ordered a lot so we would have leftovers. Well we had leftovers, but no one wanted to eat them. We had Johnsonville brats instead. Staff was friendly.

Ordered orange chicken.
It was dry no sauce. Chicken was dried out. Portion size very small. Panda express 100% better.
The food is mediocre, about the same level as a buffet. The drinks were not much better and came late, in the middle of the meal because of a shift change. Not my problem. Why not close the restaurant down for a few hours if you can't serve your customers in a timely manner? .. Also , There was hardly anyone in the restaurant but they seated a single gentleman nearly right next to us which ruined our privacy. . Pass this place by

The concept of this restaurant is inventive, Thai food with burgers to satisfy those that don't love Thai Cuisine.
The food, service, and entertainment were all good. I had the Pad Ka Pow medium spicy, and the flavors were there, but the beef was a bit chewy. I also had a Thai Iced Coffee, and it was good, just a bit sweeter than I'm used to.
My wife had the Hawaiin burger and enjoyed it, but it was very well done, and she does prefer medium. The French fries were crispy and tasted very good.
Our server took a while to come by, but once there, everything clicked, and the food came put pretty quick.
In general, things could be spruced up a bit, as it's looking a bit run down (we ate outside). The entertainment was good, but a bit loud.
I wished their were ceiling fans outside to keep a breeze on us as it was a bit still and warm.
All in all, good food, at a good price, just not great.

This place is an absolute garbage dump.
There's a reason why its fast an easy to get a table at this place. You won't spend long enough here to finish you food that came off the back of a sysco truck or be able to finish you overpriced drink that's not edible.
The service: We were seated at a table that our skin kept sticking to it was so dirty. The red headed server bumped into my wife's chair 5 times(we counted) and didn't apologize once. It about took 20 minutes(we timed it) to get our drinks and our appetizers and food came all out at the same time. When I made a comment about this I was rudely noted that "When we're busy it comes out when it comes out". The noodles were so overcooked in my meal they all stuck together in one clump and the sushi looked like it had been put together by someone who had never seen what sushi looked like. The MaiTai was so sugary it was non-edible and couldn't be consumed. About the only thing these people were fast about was getting the check so they could get paid.
Don't go here its a tourist trap.

76$ for 3 tiny California rolls! AVOID THIS TOURIST TRAP. Incredible over priced for a mid to low quality and quantities of food.

Place is decent. Our coconut shrimp came out raw, but they redid it for us. The rest of our food was fine. But it is expensive for what it is, even compared to other places on the island.
