Shipwreck Subs Salads and Desserts is a lunch spot in Koloa known for its incredible subs. The staff may need more training but the food is good. The Coprese sandwich was tasty and the Greek salad was fresh. The Going Full Ham sandwich was a hit, and even though the Greek salad was nothing special, it was nice to have some fresh veggies. The subs are huge and incredibly delicious, with "The Bird" and "First Class Upgrade" being standout options. Despite some hiccups with the service and pricing, the quality and taste of the food make it worth a visit for a satisfying meal.
