If you're handicapped, good luck getting down to this place. Long walk down a hill to get there, then uphill to get out. The cocktails are just okay. Good was nothing special. Overpriced IMO. I give this place a 3.7 but rounding to the nearest whole number. (4)
Been here and Captain Bar (same menu) a few times now since we arrived at the resort 3 days ago. People at the bar are way more on top of it. The women working the register at Hale Nalu forgot our drinks, got one of our drinks wrong, and then said they’d make an “exception” for giving us sour cream with our quesadilla (even though it was served with our entree the day before and not a side that costs extra). we came here on vacation me and my wife right before closing owner was wonderful went out of her way to make our experience great this was the only place that had ice for drinks and offers free refills now to food we had shrimp short ribs best I ever had just wonderful keep up the good work thank you very much the
