Awesome service from the moment we arrived until we paid our bill. The edamame was delicious but OMG the curry ramen and G-special ramen were simply amazing. We will be back (maybe even on this trip!).

This restaurant is a winner! The food, service and atmosphere is the best. We'll be back for sure. Thank you for a fun night

Ten minutes to be acknowledged after we were seated. We ordered .....then about ten minutes after that are told that a place that a main portion of the menu is rice bowls ran out of rice on a Tuesday night.....we left and went elsewhere.

The Hapa G ramen was amazing! We also got the karage chicken and added that to the ramen and that was excellent. Sage was our waiter and he had excellent recommendations and went above and beyond.

Fantastic spot, great staff and amazing ramen - couldn't ask for a better way to ring in the New Year!

Sarah

The ramen was fantastic. Friendly staff and servers. Definitely worth the drive from Kapaa

Food and drinks were excellent! Waiters were friendly and knowledgeable. My only only minor complaint was the amount of the time it took to receive the entree. Overall, an excellent experience!

Took the waiter's advice and enjoyed what he suggested. Atmosphere is nice. Not the largest whiskey menu you'll ever find, so go for the ramen first.

Awesome food and service at this Japanese place. The appetizers and Ramen/Rice bowl entrees were amazing. The service was very prompt and attentive, the location is really nice too in the shops area. Hidden gem!

We had to wait for about 15-20 minutes for our reserved table for 4, and in addition to the wait time, the hostess kept calling me Stan, even though the reservation was under my name, Rob). Our server, Eric, was apologetic for the kitchen staff who were clearly overwhelmed because our appetizers were delayed over 20 minutes and entrees (ramen and poke nachos) were delayed an additional 40 minutes. We had to inquire where our entrees were because it was taking so long. Overall, the food and presentation were good, but the slow service was a turn off and will not return or recommend.

We've dined here twice in the last week and plan to work our way through the menu before we head home. It's that good. The first night we went for happy hour...enjoyed the edamame , ahi poke with wonton chips, the pork belly banh mi & chicken karaage...all delicious!!! We returned and had the curry ramen...also excellent! Service by Anne and Nigel was attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Delicious and really fresh poke, salad and bao buns. Excellent service. Their menu is small but enough to choose from depending on what you like. A great value for Poipu.

drinks are always delicious, everyone enjoyed their mains...and our young server was very entertaining :)

Hapa is a good chill alternative for a quiet night; mostly relaxed and generally the place is pretty laid back. Overall staff was super friendly but our waiter was a complete flake (may be his name was Peter(?)) but we received the most help and assistance from the super nice hostess!!

Food - we didn't try any ramen, decided to do most of the smaller bites (pork belly, karaga, salads..we wanted more some small bites and drinks that night) and overall the good was solid!

Drinks - like others have mentioned the place seems to try and pitch that their cocktails were super fancy but keep your expectations to a minimum and you'll be fine. Strange they serve some of the sake's all in a single glass.. just odd they don't have the option to serve hot.

Decent vibe, and would return now 'knowing' what to expect!
