Terrible for vegetarians. Vegetarian burrito or taco is basically tortilla with beans and rice. Seriously!?

If a ZERO was available that’s what I’d give. Customer service was horrible. Manager with long curly black hair was rude, ordered a double drink but delivered less of course still charged the full price, Had a fit because we were laughing. Accused us of being drunk however only 2 drinks were ordered and as I mentioned one was not the correct size and I didn’t even order any alcohol. The rest of our wedding party arrived which made us a group of 10, we went to move a chair and she lost her shit. The restaurant lost about $1000 bill and of course I’m writing this review. She was a horrible manager/server and I would hope the owner takes a look at how customers are being treated. I would hope this person would take a step back and reflect on her behavior. I hope this helps someone from walking into a less than favorable situation, there are plenty of amazing restaurants to spend your hard earned money at unfortunately this IS NOT one of them.

Who doesn’t give you chips and salsa for free as an appetizer? For the price you’re paying, it seems like a petty thing to do. My husband also is allergic to onions and they wouldn’t give him just cilantro on his tacos! They were trying to make us pay for only cilantro! Poor service and accommodations. They also don’t let you get two different meats with your 2 enchilada plate. Petty again. The view was beautiful though. Go to Da Crack for better food and lots better price and eat it at a beach!

Had the worst fajitas in my life. It was boiled meat. Had to be sent back because it was uneatable.

I really liked this little canteena, I found it after playing golf at the same place. The food has great flavor. The restaurant is an open air facility and the service was excellent, we shared the fajitas and the tacos

It was alright. For the price you pay for the food, not really worth it. I believe Mexican food is all about the spice & that rich flavors on the meat but food here didn't have that. Ceviche was really sour. Horchatas were meh.

Genuinely one of the best spots we’ve eaten around here. Staff is kind, and the carnita tacos are delicious and good sized. 3 tacos and I was beyond tapped! Came 2 days in a row!!

This will be our last time visiting a paco’s tacos on the island. We come to the island regularly and there was one located right next to our resort. The last time we came, the service was a little off and slow. This year the service was just as bad if not worse and we don’t appreciate how there aren’t prices listed on the menus. We went to the Kapaa location and they had prices on the food menu but no prices on the drink menu. They were all scratched out. Then we went to the plantation location and they didn’t have any prices anywhere on the food menu, but had prices on the drink menu. Dining out is almost a luxury on the island these days because the prices have gotten so high for sit down experiences. We don’t have an unlimited budget and it’s just rude to not disclose the prices upfront. This isn’t the Ritz Carlton. This is your average Mexican food served in a very casual setting. And what’s up with not being able to mix and match the protein in your tacos? Why can’t I have a chicken taco and a beef taco like at any other Mexican restaurant? The icing on the cake was when the manager told our guest that she could not have the lunch special because the lunch hour had ended at 3 PM and now it was 3:05PM. I would understand that except they were seated at the table at 2:40 PM and had ordered chips and guacamole, and we’re just waiting for us to get there to order.

Bottom line. Decent food and a lovely location, but they have very little regard for their customers. They obviously don’t care about repeat business. We come to the island often so they definitely won’t get ours.
