Even though it’s one group at a time, it moved quick. The macadamia nut flavor was really amazing, highly recommend for a light night treat!🤙

Cute little Gelato shop. When you come you have to line up outside because they only let one or two families at a time. And the two times we came to visit there was only one person working. So be prepared to wait. The gelato was good. But not one of the best I’ve tasted. Also we came after dinner so it looked like hey weren’t refilling any more gelatos. But maybe I’m wrong? But if you like Gelato I’d still recommend this spot.

Overpriced and overrated. I’m wholeheartedly surprised anyone finds this place remotely decent. Texture is not gelato. All the samples I had were way too sweet, ended up getting the root beer float and it was literally 1.5 scoops of vanilla ice cream and they hand you a can of root beer. $12 before taxes.

It’s always a good day when you can bring your vegan kids to an ice cream parlor! Papalani had an entire case of diary-free options, including chocolate which I don’t know if I’ve ever seen in sorbetto form before! Every member of the family was happy. Although there was only one staff member working and a long line outside, the experience was great! I am actually happy the ice cream shop closed early tonight and we were able to find this gem! The gelato was great as was the chocolate covered waffle cone! Service was fast and efficient. Not overly friendly but understandable given the line. I am sure the staff would kill it with tips with just a bit more happy attitude! Nonetheless we gave a 25% tip given the line of folks! Thanks for being open!

The most delicious gelato or ice cream we had in Hawaii! We got the chocolate + chocolate dipped waffle cone and the chocolate hazelnut + waffle cone, and both were incredible. This place is a must visit when you’re in the mood for something sweet.

Stumbled in here after dinner and so glad we found it! My husband is dairy free and they had plenty of options for him. I got the macadamia nut gelato even though I'm usually a chocolate gal and it was sooo so good.

Love the chocolate wafer bowl and all the unique flavors!!
