Great pizza if you need it fast so you can get back to swimming. The chef and host helped us select the pizza ingredients.
Surprisingly good food! The Kalua Pork Nachos and Ahi Poke Bowl are rather tasty.

Casual place for lunch or dinner. They have a decent variety of food. I tried the fish tacos, And the pork sandwich, which was delicious. Prices are reasonable. There are tables nearby, where you can also eat watching the ocean waves.
We ate there several times over our 2 week stay including speciality BBQ night. We tasted everything on the menu. It was all great
We ordered on two separate occasions. Both times the fries were stale and reheated, so not fresh plus we asked for burgers medium rare and came well done.
Enormous portions. Wish they stayed open later at night.

This restaurant has walk up service and poolside service. They offer a variety of options for all meals, including pre-made salads and fruit bowls. Like most other things on Maui, it's very overpriced.
Great food! you will not be disappointed. The prices are high, but the food is really great! Huge portions!
You are paying gourmet prices for mediocre quality food at best! Not worth the time or money. Save yourself some money and just go to the grocery store, get what you like, and prep food in your room!

We were tired of going out each night and decided to go downstairs and take a five meat pizza back to the room. We enjoyed the pizza and although pricey by mainland standards, in Maui everything is higher so it was not a bad value.
The only reason we bother with this place is because it is on property, so when we do not want to get the car and go somewhere, we go down and eat a $15 hotdog, or $18 smallish pizza. On taco tuesday, it was $15-$20 for a taco plate(1 taco)
Here's the $16 breakfast special, coffee not included. It was very good, more food than I needed. They have to go boxes. No refills on coffee, imagine that's the usual here on the island (not usually on Maui)
With the Marriott discount card (get it from the welcome center), the menu items will cost 10% less. It all adds up. On Taco Tuesday, the tacos are $15 instead of $19 (and 10% less with the card). We ate them last year and didn't think they were overly impressive but this year ... wow! What a difference! The fish was plentiful (as was the shrimp) and the tortilla chips were so much nicer than fries. Our guests raved about the Lobster Sensation Grilled Cheese as well as their hot dogs and chicken tenders. On 6 days of the week, there are additional menu options and are offered as "Beach Walk Nightly Events: 5-7 pm) and 4 of those events are going to be outside the Kau Kau and will border the walkway. Those special Kau Kau nights do not include Sunday and will feature one of these nightly: Teppanyaki, Tacos, BBQ, family pasta night, Hawaiian BBQ, and prime rib. Also try the Makai Tiki Bar. Do not overlook walking down to Whalers Village for the excellent options at the Food Court there.
Every night they have a special which is reasonably priced and good. The seating in front of the Starbucks provides a wonder view of Lanai and evening sunsets. So you can have fabulous view and a reasonable meal. What is not to like?
