Linda from City Chefs takes the time to call you to get a sense of what kind of menu to prepare. I told her I had guests that had severe food allergies and she altered the menu to accommodate that.The fact that she also has everything you need to setup from utensils to table cloths and even staff to serve and setup I did not have to worry about anything.Now unfortunately I did have to end up cancelling my event and Linda was also kind enough to check in and make sure everything...read full review
