Was lucky enough to attend an 8-course chef’s tasting event. It was fabulous. Best octopus I’ve ever eaten.
We had Pheasant cater our wedding, and they did an AMAZING job. We worked primarily with Krista (and Cat), and they were fantastic from start to finish. From our first conversations and initial tasting, they were thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. Pheasant Catering provides excellent food and service for events, supported by a professional and courteous staff. Working with them was a positive experience, especially praised for the chicken dish. The buffet they prepared was elegant and delicious, impressing guests with both taste and presentation. Led by Krista, the team was patient, helpful, and managed to stay within budget. The servers were attentive, kept everything clean, and even served desserts from elsewhere. Guests often wanted to pack leftovers to enjoy later, reflecting their satisfaction. Pheasant Catering is highly recommended for any event, offering fair pricing and outstanding execution.
